Leave Rishikesh early morning to embark on a scenic drive along the Alaknanda River. En route, witness the confluence of major rivers like Devprayag and Rudraprayag. Pass through picturesque towns like Karnprayag before reaching Joshimath, a beautiful hill town and the base for your trek. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Trek: 13 Kms | Approx. 5-6 hrs

Drive to Govindghat, from where your trek begins. Trek through the lush green forests, rhododendron groves, and mountain streams to reach Ghangaria, a charming hamlet that serves as the base camp for Hemkunt Sahib. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.

Trek: 6 Kms | Approx. 5-6 hrs (one way)

This day marks the most awaited part of your journey—the trek to Hemkunt Sahib. Ascend through steep paths surrounded by breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Reach the sacred Gurudwara and take in the spiritual aura of the site. After prayers and some quiet time by the glacial lake, descend back to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.

Trek: 14 Kms | Approx. 4-5 hrs

Driving Distance: 148 Kms | Approx. 5-6 hrs

Trek back from Ghangaria to Govindghat, where your vehicle awaits. From Govindghat, drive through the serene landscapes towards Rudraprayag, known for its confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Driving Distance: 355 Kms | Approx. 9-10 hrs

On the final day, drive back through Rishikesh, with an opportunity for some last-minute sightseeing or shopping. From Rishikesh, head back to Delhi, bringing your spiritual journey to an end.
